If it says pre-ordered it takes up to 20 days to arrive to your address meaning it can come anytime between 7 to 20 business days business days does not include weekends or holidays. Processing your order and shipping your order is two different time frames. So if you place the order for A dress and it says processing 5 to 7 business days shipping 7 to 15 business days. Total 12 to 22 days that your order will arrive at your address. So if you haven't waited the allowed amount of days for your order to arrive there is no need to be calling everyday leaving voicemails,sending emails, leaving msg on fb are filing a claim with PayPal on the 5th Business day after you place your order. So please read item description before you order. As to with all orders you have 24 hours from the time that you place your order to cancel your order. So it's not our fault if you did not read item description. Items that does not say pre-order or has a  timeframe listed ship out within 2 to 3 business days thats in stock. Thanks
